The Promoter of Declared.co.uk is Cowcorner. The following Terms
and Conditions constitute an agreement between the Entrants and the Promoter.
It is important that Entrants read them carefully and understand
what they mean. By making an entry into a Declared.co.uk game, entrants signal
their complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and their full
understanding of them.

How to Enter

You must complete the Application forms to register with
Declared.co.uk which is available on the site and applications after being duly
filled, can be submitted here itself.

The start and end dates of each Declared.co.uk Fantasy game
shall be intimated by the Promoter from time to time on the website.

In order to participate and win prizes in the games, a valid
telephone contact number, home postal address and email address must be
provided. You will also be required to pay any entry fees.
Disqualified Entries

The Promoter may in their absolute discretion refuse to accept
an entry from any person or persons without giving any reason therefore.

An entry will be disqualified where:

It is not received by the Promoter in accordance with these Rules.

There is a breach of these Rules in relation to the Entry.

The Promoter reserves the right to reject team names, which
are deemed to be, in the Promoters sole opinion, inappropriate or offensive.
Rejected team names will be deleted and the team will appear under the
manager's name only. Please bear this in mind when naming your team.

Any entry where entry fees are not fully authorized will be
disqualified.
Declared.co.uk Game Rules

Team Application forms to participate in any Declared.co.uk
Fantasy game are available on the site.

The start and end dates of each game shall be intimated by the
Promoter from time to time on the website.

Teams must meet the requirements of the league with regards to
points, players and restrictions. The game requirements are available on the
game details page.

Points will be scored from games played during each game
season. The points scored will be the final scores of each game submitted to
the ICC.

The decision of the promoters is final.

In the event of a tie the first position will be chosen by the
number of runs scored, or then wickets taken. Should this still result in a tie
the toss of a coin will occur.

There are no cash alternatives for prizes given away. Please
note we can only ship prizes to UK addresses. You will be responsible for any
extra shipping charges if you live overseas.
We reserve the right to change the game rules from time to time and will
inform all our users of these changes. Please note we take the privacy policy
very seriously and the details of this can be found in the Privacy
Policy.
